Excellent service, had new batteries fitted, first time used this company. I was given advice about the stairlift which I had not had previously. Batteries fitted and everything explained thoroughly. Will use them again.

I had phoned two weeks ago and spoke to a lovely lady. She was very helpful and said that someone would ring me back. I never had a return call, so decided to call in today as we were in the area. The man who helped us with our problem was wonderful. He was really helpful and explained what we needed to do if it ever happened again. The lady who was in the shop however, was really rude and snappy, and she was complaining about having several customers in the shop at once. Apart from that the shop itself is really nice, and they have made good use of the space and it is easy to find the products you are looking for. The only downside is that there is not a lot of parking near the shop
