Hilarious how the only positive review you have is from a staff member. Myself and many other people have been treated disgusting at this company. All the directors and managers care about is the money going into their bank each month, no respect or care for staff members well being at all. I was an apprentice at this company and I was made to do work higher than my pay grade. Also, my paperwork was backdated and I was paid apprenticeship rate even though I wasn’t an apprentice. This is ILLEGAL! I also noticed how staff members were trying to force learners to do irrelevant courses, not to help them in their career in any way, just to get PTP their dollars. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all been as they moan about companies and learners behind their backs.

Right from the get go PTP have shined the brightest when it came to a training provider, it suited all my needs and guided me through the apprenticeship process from the minute I submitted my application. I’ve since started an apprenticeship using PTP and I haven’t regretted it, from class teaching to last minute one to ones these guys have catered for it all. Not only did they get a maths shy 30something year old through a maths test they helped me smash it, gaining a high score and improving mind set. My achievements have been celebrated by PTP and more doors for opportunities open daily which is down to PTP and my hard work. The teachers are amazing and every step of the way has been done with confidence. They’ve adapted to my learning style and done everything they can to make sure I not only listened I learned the information too. absoluteley awful organisation you would think people sitting on there arses all day next to eachother would actually have some sort of idea what there doing obviously not my girlfriend has been here twice and on both occassions asked to fill out a form that they should already have on there system then accused her of turning up at the wrong time when they got it wrong on there email!! plus on the phone they got her name wrong and even from two interviews and had no feedback at all saying she had or hasent got it you would think a bunch of monkeys run the place
