Always had excellent service from the phone staff. They always answered immediately and friendly and polite. Sad to get an email today saying from now all will be online. I am late 70s and have eye problems. This will be difficult for me and I considered them the best for customer care. I will miss them very much.

We all leave negative feedback but after waking up Xmas day to no water and bottled water left by South Staffs I canning fault ! Only thing would be is to have had card through door as I don’t think to check website ! Thank you anyway the lads were great !

This company gets a lot of stick but I can only speak of my own experience. I had a leak on my property but didn't know where so phoned South Staffs who were most helpful and arranged to send someone round the next day . Although the responsibility for the leak lay with me they located the leak and recommended a contractor to lay new pipes to my home.This was completed swiftly with the minimum of fuss or mess and at a reasonable cost.
