Very disappointed with this company as I ordered an Ariston part on a Wednesday and via the website I was informed it was in stock and I paid for the 2-3 days delivery so latest I expected it to be here was today Monday 17th august. It never arrived and after talking to the guy in the office I was informed that the part wasn’t in stock anyway even though the website said it was and now needs to be ordered from Italy and will arrive on Thursday and will take longer to get to me No one thought it would be a good idea to inform me of this situation and I’ve had to waste my time and customers time, when all someone had to do was contact me to tell me it’s not in stock, you might of thought something would of flagged up. I will never use this company again as they lack in professionalism

At the current time, finding spare parts has been quite difficult but the service and support from Theheatexchange has been fantastic. As a small business myself I appreciate how difficult it has been to get items boxed, shipped, sorted and delivered. I would personally pay twice the price for the level of service that these chaps offer. I ordered parts for a HE15 and compared to other suppliers these were not only in stock but the price was extremely good as well but for me the service and support was the absolute best. We can all order items from ebay, china etc but to get this level of after sales service is quite amazing. I would fully recommend Theheatxchange and extreme thanks for carrying on supplying at this difficult time. John
