I have never known a judge so scruffy looking. She looked like she had just rolled out of bed. And so bad manners!! She talked to you like you was child I showed her respect so I would have liked respect back after all it’s not every day you go to court. I really wouldn’t be surprised to hear on tv that she had been assaulted for the way she talks to people. And please wash your long greasy black hair once in a while. On a plus side though staff was pleasant.

Helpful, polite staff. Just do not go in with an attitide, they are there to help you. Hard place to find in Walsall as its not exactly well sign posted anywhere
Great in how the speak to you and do their best to get answers for you, but as for passing on important e-mailed or printed letters to Judges, it's generally a fail (you have to repeatedly chase things up)

Went to court today, absolute waste of time. The judge got confused over which case he was dealing with. Had already made his mind up on the case. So my client has had 2000 of work done and I haven't received a penny for a good job. The law is a farce. Don't bother taking anybody to court, waste of time and money.
