Helpful staff, nice cars, welcoming environment. There’s a space to wait during your service or you can do Lidl shopping while you wait. The ladies at the customer service desk here are much nicer than when you call up the main office.

From start to finish, I cannot recommend Zak enough!! Amazing to deal with, he was kind and courteous from the beginning, not a pushy salesman! Bought a car for my dad as a surprise gift and he made it special for us too! All done by email and phone calls, I had put alot of trust into him regarding the car condition and he was very honest in his videos! Cannot recommend him enough, asset to your company!

Hi, I left a message online and received a call that morning from Ben. I asked about a Nissan Juke but told him the colour car they had (black) wasn't really my first choice of gun metal grey. He found the car at another branch and arranged for it to be transported to me to view. I viewed it on the Thursday morning and it was ready for collection on the Saturday. I haven't used the dealership but the review is based on their conduct and continual blocking of cartersfield rd. Today I lost half an hour as they had cars parked in one side and a vehicle transported lorry opposite, turning the road so narrow vans could barely pass. It also causes and danger to pedestrians who are blind sighted when crossing the road. Stop being so bloody ignorant.
