Lori is a wonderful masseuse, it is complete holistic experience. I arrive feeling like a shrivelled up walnut and leave floating on air, which lasts for days. She is a real treasure.

I booked to see Lori following my first charity cycle ride which is a new venture for me and I arrived very bruised and somewhat battered after the event. Lori was able to adapt her techniques and give me the most amazing massage; honestly she was incredible since I'd had quite a shock going over my handlebars! Thank you Lori so very much not only for the massage but for the wonderful night's sleep as a result.
A massage from Lori from studio seven, is one of the highlights of my month. I have regular deep tissue massages with Lori as I often suffer from sports injuries. Lori is the most highly trained masseuse I know. She is also very talented and I am amazed how comfortable the massages are given I am accustomed to being in agony during all my previous deep tissue massages. Lori makes the experience so relaxing, with her very generous 75 minute it does not feel rushed and most importantly I felt great afterward. Lori's massage is just incredible! I had been lifting a heavy box in and out of the car several times a few days before and this brought on quite painful muscle spasms, which didn’t appear to get better on their own. After the massage, the spasms and the pain were gone and, as happened previously, I felt relaxed, refreshed and invigorated. I also very much appreciated the calm atmosphere and never having the feeling that the treatment was rushed in any way. This is really important for me. I would, therefore, happily recommend Studio 7 Therapies to anyone, who needs a bit of time to themselves to relax and refocus or who is in pain and needs immediate relief. Thank you!
The best massage I have ever had. Lori was patient, kind, compassionate and deeply knowledgeable about what my body needed. Left feeling like I'd had a long nights sleep and what was really interesting was that the next day in the gym my body felt capable and strong whereas before it had been feeling tired and tight. Cannot recommend more highly. Fantastic experience and great value.
Had a great experience at Studio 7 and can highly recommend Lori. I visited for a pregnancy massage last week which really eased my tensions and left me feeling very relaxed, ready for the new arrival. Lori made me feel very comfortable during the session and applied the perfect pressure throughout. I'll definitely be returning.
