Gravel dropped off on my driveway with used coffee cups in it. Reduced my original order of sand and agreed that a refund of the difference would be credited back to my card. Over a month later and still no refund or response to my follow up emails or calls. I was happy with the quality of the products I received but wouldn't use them again due to no customer service. Update: Thank you for the reply and refund. Not sure who you spoke to last week, but it wasn't me.

Bought some reclaimed paving slabs , went to see if we liked them first, large busy yard which is very well tucked away. Spoke to a couple of staff, both pleasant and helpful. Delivered one day late , only 4 of 125 slabs with nicks, but still useable. Very happy. 4 stars as never able to get through on the phone first or second time and we phoned them to see where the delivery was, and they kept saying it was coming. Just need better comms.

Zero customer service and charges and delivers very poor recycled MOT which you can buy for 15 a ton and passes it off as class 1 crushed concrete for 50. Don't bother arranging builders to be on site, they also deliver 3 days late with not even a courtesy call.

Very Unreliable stuff doesn't turn up weeks late and cheap alternative to what was ordered very dishonest.

Great products at great prices. Very thankful to find a company that can help my business to operate during the virus lockdown. When all the big companies shut down. It's the small companies that have been hit the hardest. And they have kept money coming in and out for the economy. They should be given a medal for doing there best in such trying times. I have heard that some bigger companies are only allowing minimum orders for click and collect of 150 I would call that taking advantage of a terrible situation. I prefer to stick with the local firms that help the world go round

Knew delivery time was going to be 10 days because of Covid. Waited 20 days and sent email to ask when delivery was expected. Was told it would be delivered 2 days later. Waited in all day but nothing arrived and no messages. I tried to telephone but all I got was an answerphone so I left a message. No call came back and no email. Tried phoning several times the following day but with the same result. Sent another email, with no result. I then read the reviews (which I should have done first) and had a sinking feeling. On the 24th day after my order went in I rang again and got almost straight through. I was told my order was already out on the truck for delivery. It arrived 90 minutes later. I gave this firm 2 stars instead of 1 because they didn't have one of the items I ordered but instead sent a larger size at no extra cost. Their price was extremely competitive but even so, I would have to think very carefully before ordering from them again.

Absolutely discussed with the service provided and the lack of response from this company. I will never use this company again, not only do they not deliver but they also never respond to emails or voicemail left to them. I have now had to get my bank involved on retrieving a refund and will also be getting trading standards involved. I can only wish that no one uses this company again because they will also be very disappointed.
