Hassle free especially knowing they have no interest in generating repair work for themselves. Friendly staff. Will be using ongoing.

Great service offered by the council, super friendly staff as well. Obviously they have no vested interest in failing your car and selling you unnecessary repairs. And they're actually charging less than the VW dealer would have. I also liked the COVID-19 precautions they took with airing out the car and covering the seat and steering wheel with plastic while working on it.
