Prescription service is terrible. I signed up for the service where Boots order my prescription and I get a text alert when it is available for collection - this should be a monthly occurrence. In 14 months of using the service I have had a grand total of 3 text messages. On more than half of the occasions when I have been in to collect my prescription I find that Boots have not even contacted my GP to order it. Needless to say these delays cause great stress, not to mention the time wasted with phone calls. Avoid.
