My mum's wishes were to remain in her own home and I couldn't have managed this without the excellent care provided by Golden Services. The carer's were respectful, trustworthy and always went the extra mile to ensure my mother's needs were met. The office staff and carers would always get hold of us if my mother needed anything or extra care was needed and were happy to make whatever changes were needed. I would highly recommend Golden Services.

We've used Golden Services to care for my 93 year old Mother for well over a year now and I can confidently say throughout that time all her Carers have always provided reliable, friendly and considerate care to a extremely high standard and as others have posted they are all so warm and caring when they are with my Mum. But it's not only the Carers that deserve praise, on the couple of times I've wanted care and forgotten to booked it the backroom staff in Mill Street have quickly changed the timetable to accommodate our needs. The result is the whole team at Golden Services has given us a great deal of peace of mind and enabled us to provide a very high standard of care for my Mum and also enabled us to have our own life.

Pat, Grace and the team at Golden Services Care Ltd, have been helping with my 84 year old Mothers daily care for nearly a year now, we find the whole team very friendly, helpful and caring, but also professional when required, from arranging and implementing Mums daily requirements through to the administration, invoicing and payment processes. My Mum now looks forward to her twice daily visits, which have undoubtable enabled her to maintain her independence and have improved her quality of life.
