We worked with Lauren and Ross for our recent house sale and purchase. They were especially vital in the closing moments with keeping the chain moving, spotting small detail that would have caused issues otherwise and a real urgency and feeling of commitment to our needs. This all despite the difficult world today and working with many other clients at the same time. Also to add really easy to get on with, and they are working so hard, all hours and days, I hope they get the time off they deserve!

Lauren and Ross from Barnes and partners Ware were absolutely brilliant throughout the process of buying our house. Our chain was a very complicated lengthy process, and their communication was fantastic. We were never left wondering and always had reassurance to keep our minds at ease. They say that moving house is one of the most stressful times of your life, Lauren however made it the most stress free and easiest house move I’ve ever had! Not only does she go out of her way to make you feel like you’re her only client and always top of her priority list but Lauren is also so friendly and understanding to your personal needs. Working all the hours that god gives (including Sunday evenings) and going above and beyond expectations at all times. She deserves recognition by her peers and clients alike. I would definitely recommend Lauren and her team to anyone and everyone. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, thank you so much for making it a memorable experience for all the right reasons!
Lauren, Ross and their team worked incredibly hard to ensure a simultaneous exchange and completion on the same day. They are meticulous, thorough and efficient.
