Following the trauma of having our home burgled I phoned Eurotech. I spoke with a reassuring, understanding lady by the name of Sue Reid to explain what had occurred. Following our initial conversation, I was transferred to Pat who specialises in Home Alarms and advised on a bespoke system that would ideally suit our home security requirements. Just 3 Days later, Eurotech Alarm Installation Engineer Karl Wenham arrived to professionally fit everything and patiently explain how it all operated from a personal key fob. Myself and my wife wish to express our gratitude to everyone at Eurotech for their rapid professional, response to a most difficult situation.

Called three companies for a quote this morning after my flat was burgled yesterday. ADT: fantastic. Qualified me and quoted me within 10 mins. FRANK ALARMS: great. Quoted in 10 mins. EUROTECH: rude, abrupt, unhelpful. Rushed off the phone in 54 seconds. Will not leaving my peace of mind with these kind of people.
