This company is a fraud, I went to U-switch to find a gas company. At first I was with Southern electric paying huge amounts of bills, so I went on U-switch to find a better deal and I found Green energy network. Later the same day, I had a call from southern Electric who even gave me a better deal. So, I cancelled the account with the GREEN ENERGY NETWORK. The following month I got a bill of 86 from the Green energy network saying there supplied me gas before the switch from southern electric to Scottish power. I ask them how long they supplied me the gas for, they said 5 days. They have now putting the bill on my credit file as wage advance which is also a pay day loan. Please please please!!! Think really well before you join this fraud company.

AVOID. Disgusting company. Policy taken out online for my mother in law who has terminal cancer by her carer. Was cancelled within the 14 day cooling period & has now received bill for 320 & bailiff warning which has now unfortunately been paid by a nervous family member as they didn’t want her to worry any further. Have only just been told myself about this & am leaving this review to warn others to keep away. Absolutely disgraceful. As if the wield isn’t suffering enough!!

I have been with Green Energy for many years. They supply my electricity and deal with my feed-in tariff. The employees are friendly and polite when asked a question. I love the reminder each month to read the meters. I get asked by other companies to join their schemes but so far I have no reason to change. I enjoy the feeling that I’m helping the World’s climate change situation by staying with Green Energy. Green Energy gets the thumbs up from me.

Green Energy is one of those companies whose name tells you what they provide. We have been customers for many years for both our electricity and our gas supply and are happy (and fortunately able) to pay more for a service that aims to be as environmentally caring as is possible. We know that we are not being completely Green as we do not live off-grid, but as an older couple in a traditional small house we do our best to be careful about our use of both gas and electricity. We feel the Green Energy offers us an excellent service and it is always possible to be in contact with somebody on the staff if there are any problems.

It's been a revelation to be part of the Green Energy family - my first encounter in 2013 was on the phone and I was delighted when a voice answered the call, no click this or that number to get through. The lady was courteous, polite and could answer all my queries about changing supplier which was far far easier than I expected. I believe it is still the case that if you phone the office a pleasant friendly voice will answer almost straight away, it's worth paying just a little more to enjoy this service and the environment. Well done - I would highly recommend.
