I've had a fantastic experience with Spencer and his team. I had to kick 2 other contractors off of the job before I found TTS and I wish that I had gone with them from the start. They turned up when they said, very polite and did a fantastic job. Really pleased.

Hi I don't normally write reviews however for me this is a exception. Last April 2018 we decided we wanted a new driveway and electric gates, once the gates were installed I started to look at options for a driveway surface, as I had a quote from a different local company my bricklayer suggested I contact Total Surface Solutions as they had done work of the highest quality previoulsy for him. I phoned Total Surfaceing Solutions and a surveyor was sent to my home, his name was Spenser, when you meet him you can't help but like this man. He gave me price which I found very reasonable for what I wanted doing. I also got Spenser to look at another area around my front door. In December 2018 I phoned Spenser and asked him if he would surface the area around my Front door ASAP, he did this at very short notice and his staff did a absolute fantastic job. I asked Spenser to install a Resin Driveway, his staff turned up early January 2019 and carried out the works, im absolutely blown away by the very quality of workmanship and the pride his staff showed in there work, nothing was to much trouble and yes I am a fussy customer. One thing I have to say, if you meet Spenser you will totally agree with me. Spenser is a man of very high integrity , he is very honest, a man of his word and above all someone you can trust, it goes without saying he has now become a friend at that a real good friend If you want to look at his work please feel free 145 Trinity Rd SG13 7QS You will not be disappointed trust me D Beadle
Very Disappointing We notified Total Surfacing Solutions that our driveway had cracked 5 months after it was laid and were met with verbal abuse and the blame was on us despite TSS doing the groundwork and assessing the area prior to commencing works. They have no interest in returning to rectify it unless we pay half the repair bill which apparently will be huge. Despite the above they continue to advertise our property on Facebook. And by the way there is no warranty despite what we were told at point of agreement.
We called Total Surfacing Solutions for advice on resurfacing our driveway. Having spoken to Spencer we found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. We decided to go with the resin option and have to say we are very pleased with the result. The whole job looks very impressive and the quality of work was second to none. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.
I highly recommend this firm. We had our driveway resin bonded, the work was done to a very high standard and completed in just three days. The guys are very professional and super courteous. What more could you ask for!
