Ware Coffee Lab is great addition to the High Street in Ware. Coffee is good quality and with a nice selection of cakes and pastries, alongside a good menu. I haven't tried the food yet, it looks lovely, I can to the pastries and they are good. Service is friendly and relaxed, not as quick as say a Costa but they deliver bith good and drinks to your table. Well behaved dogs are welcome inside and there us usually one or two dogs there, just something to be aware of, it's great for me as I have a dog and can have a coffee without having to sit in the rain!
The service was really good and the staff are really nice. I think you can get better value elsewhere, especially if you look at the sizes that you receive. Still better than Starbucks though.

Excellent coffee and pastries, and everyone is extremely friendly. Nice spot to enjoy a coffee in the sun.
Obviously it goes without saying that the most important part of any coffee shop, is the coffee. Thankfully Bionic Bull coffee is fab. I've never had a bad coffee, and never had a bad bag of beans from them Thankfully living halfway between Hertford and Ware means I get to visit both shops frequently. They even gave me a sticker for my laptop! Pro.Tip, but the little chocolate things on the counter. They're great too
Lovely cafe, fairly standard prices you'd expect for a coffee shop but size of hot chocolate was quite small. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I worked from here for a couple of hours and enjoyed the location greatly.
