Warfield Stoves & Fires installed our log burner a couple of days before Christmas last year. From start to finish the process was so professional and the communication was brilliant. The gentleman in the showroom was brilliant and explained all the options really clearly. The guys who came to do the survey and then fit it were very friendly and efficient (and took appropriate precautions as we’re mid pandemic; masks, ensuring ventilation etc). Karen was brilliant in keeping us updated. A wonderful local company who I would recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful stove (which is also energy efficient). Thanks so much guys!

Amazing Service! From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment the guys left, after fitting the log burner, we had amazing service. The guys who did the fitting were very pleasant, polite, tidy and really good at what they do. I would thoroughly recommend this company if you are considering a new fireplace
We've just had a Celena Fire and a fireplace installed. Both are lovely, and look really great in the room. Special thanks to the installation guys (Glen and Kyle) - they were brilliant. Efficient, neat and communicative. Warfield stoves co-ordinated getting a cherry picker to install a chimney cowl on a pretty inaccessible chimney too. One star off as we had to chase for the quote a couple of times - although it was a custom fireplace so a bit of extra work was required I guess. All-in-all very pleased though. Thank you.
I went into this lovely quaint shop on recommendation by a friend of a friend who said the products, service and staff there were of exceptional standards. They were 100% right. All the staff were amazing from customer service to fitting but I want to make a special shout out to Karen. Karen from the onset was so friendly and welcoming. She went through all my options kept within my budget helped me finalise all the little details. She answered every single question I had and more. Her knowledge in the field really stood out to me as outstanding. I cannot rave or give more positive comments about this company they genuinely want their customers to have an amazing experience as well as amazing stoves. Thank you Guys
Warfield Stoves supplied and installed a new gas fire for us last year, and serviced it for us this year. Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to recommending various options that would suit our existing space and budget. We are very happy with the service received and love our new fire, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
