Dennis here is an asset. I observed him dealing with customers and was very impressed. He has an obvious interest in his clientele and when he asked me to drop over 100 for my items I didn't even care. The shop itself is very well laid out and the music was in very good taste at a good volume. I will be taking up his free painting lessons on Thursday evenings and I look forward to whatever else is on offer at this store.
Visited this evening with my six year old and was brought up to speed by Denis after being out of the hobby for 20 years. Fabulous bloke, was very helpful picking out our purchases and patient with my son's many questions! There were of course friendly patrons about too: just about everything we've come to expect from Warhammer/Gamesworkshop stores! We'll be coming back.
Friendly staff who are equally keen to engage with customers as they are to give them space to browse at leisure. The stock, store design and general atmosphere is the same as every other Warhammer store, which is light hearted and fun.
