I have a solar system installed by Solar PV? Helms?. It works fine. But reading the reviews below it is becoming increasingly clear that HELMS and Solar PV are actually mirror images of each other: possibly set up by a single individual to assign blame to the other in the event of business failure: a sort of firewall. Furthermore, the language and style of the responses indicates that a single, highly educated, but evasive, individual is responsible for all responses, as the style is identical, and many of the responses to complaints are stereotypical blame shifting strategy, hiding under Data Protection or whatever. It would be really nice if the real HELMS/Solar PV owner/CEO could step forward: identify herself, and give us a name, a phone number to call, and a more open and transparent view of the past, and future, direction , of this company. As customers, we deserve nothing less.

This company is phoning me on my ex-directly number pretending that they have had my contact details from the company who installed my existing solar panels. I am the office manager for the company who did my own install and at no point did we pass on any customer information. Do NOT believe what they tell you!
Rubbish company. Inverter packed up and they didn't turn up to fix it. Con men. I have to put 1 star to post
Trying to contact this Company, Got the correct (2) numbers from Passiv Systems. Never any answer from either number. Emailed them and said they 'aim to respond in 48 hours' Never had any bother with them before but seems like the customer service has gone downhill since they changed their name. One star only because I couldn't put less!!!
Had an install by PV solar uk ltd, today now known as helms, from first enquiry right through too installation couldn't be happier, very courteous methodical installation team and would recommend anyone thinking of having PV solar panels installed wouldn't think twice about using them again or recommending, 5 stars from our household. Keep up the great work guys
