Steve was absolutely brilliantly when he came to fix out front door. He diagnosed the problem quickly and despite it being a tricky repair, he did an excellent job. He was polite, friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Can't praise this gentleman's service any higher than absolutely brilliant my daughter and her 2 under 5 children locked out of their car in Longleat park he turned up no fuss got into car made sure everything was fine with the car and sent them on their way back to Plymouth pure gentleman thank you sir. BUT the sour note LONGLEAT PARK are a disgrace they offered her no help what so ever at 7.30 pm with 2 children sat on the grass in the car park!!!!!!! God bless the locksmith

Steve arrived in good time and fitted a quality lock after going through the available options and prices. Attention to detail was impressive and he was friendly and helpful throughout and carefully cleaned up after he had finished. He even fitted better screws to my door hinges at no charge after noticing some were loose. Highly recommended service.

I cannot praise Steve enough. I rang him at 10am in the morning because we could not get our french doors open. It was very very hot and felt like being in a greenhouse. He had a big job on that day but said he would come immediately, which he did. It turned into a very difficult job and I asked him several times if he wanted to come back later, but he carried on working and finally solved it. He even had exactly the right spare lock in his van! Steve really is a great professional, the work is perfect and he is also very personable and humorous, which adds to the overall experience when you are in a position of some anxiety (either locked in or locked out). I am so indebted to him from saving us overheating for the whole weekend, I have actually bothered to write a review. I would definitely use him again. Thank you again Steve Caroline
