Wonderful to be back at Downlands to school my very inexperienced 4 year old eventer. Fantastic range of tiny to bigger cross country jumps, including water with wide encouraging beach, small shallow ditches and huge range of steps.

Just returned from a riding camp I've held our riding camp at Downlands for the second year, and it's a great base. Indoor school, lovely large outside jump arena, great XC schooling field with jumps ranging from 30cm to over 1m and a water complex. Can't wait until next year's camp!

Seems to be very secure and well run. Very tidy stables. Plenty of parking and safety for horse and riders is paramount.
