Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mother, who is 83 with severe mobility issues, boiler broke, so she had no heating or hot water. It was freezing conditions and snow. She has paid them a monthly fee for years to get her boiler serviced annually and any repairs. After an hour in a queue I eventually was able to speak with someone - a female. I explained the situation, and explained my mother had no other means of heating. The earliest they were going to send an engineer to look at it was in four days time! This female said they did not deal with emergencies, and they did not work Sundays ( it was first thing on Friday morning that I was calling). She would not give me any other contact numbers to call, and I’ve never spoken with anyone so cold hearted. She seemed more preoccupied by booking in for the annual service at the same time (it had only been 6 months since the previous service!). In the end we had to find an engineer ourselves to come and repair it, at our expense. So, the payments to Worcester Bosch for service and repairs have now been cancelled. A waste of money.

Arrogant, Precious Engineers. Bought a brand new boiler in 2020 only for part of it to immediately malfunction. Engineers, if they turn up, act as if they're doing you a favour
Please do not waste your money with Worcester Bosch. I bought from them a new boiler last year. The new and expensive bolier is broken now, we called customer service and they booked an engineer for us for next week. We don't have heating with the outside -3 tepmerature. Perfect customer service.
Terrible customer service with lengthy wait for an engineer with no explanation why, then when the engineer came, they damaged the boiler further! We've had to pay out of our own pocket to get it rectified and had no assistance from Worcester/Bosch despite the boiler being under warranty. We shall never use them or their products ever again and I suggest you do the same should you require better service for when something goes wrong!
Had a minor issue two years after installation and they sent someone to resolve for free as part of the warranty. In a general sense, the quality of their products and aftercare is top notch. I would be happy to recommend.
