It would have been better if the taxi is smoke free as per the label in the car & fitted with proper sat navigation . Driver missed few turns and even went in wrong/opposite side of the road once ! Felt unsafe driving .Overall , increased my travel time & distance ending up pay more . Not worth it . However , Person over the phone was very friendly & professional .

So I booked the taxi for 7pm, by 7:30pm it still hadn’t arrived, so decided to ring them up, the taxi then arrived at 7:45pm. The taxi driver then decided to take me 15 minutes in the complete wrong direction, and when he realised, he asked how I didn’t recognise we were going the wrong way. He then eventually drove me to my desired location, and charged me a ‘quoted’ price of 20, even though it’s only a 10 journey, and at no point was a price quoted. The person who was on the other end of the phone was very pleasant, but apart from that it was probably the worst taxi company I’ve ever used. Would highly recommend using another company.

I’ve been using the services of Star Taxis for all of my Airport runs every time we go on holiday. Very reasonable fares supported by excellent Service.I’ve met many of their drivers over time and found each one just as pleasant as the other. Overall a very good taxi firm

Most competitive price I found in Lymm and happy to fix prior to journey. Very fair and flexible enough to go from Lymm to Trafford Park at 7am. The lady on the phone and the driver were so lovely and got me from A to B no stress. Couldn't recommend them enough :)
