Since their inception, we have employed the expertise of BGS Utilities for gas, water and electrical service installations for several of our clients (domestic & commercial) nationwide. The design and installations have proved both cost effective and an efficient solution for our developments. Installations of incoming services can be problematic when dealing with varied agencies involved in town & city centre locations but the in-house team have always provided regular progress reports to ensure projects are effectively coordinated. Instead of addressing our complaint above, offering compensation, apologising, or acknowledging they failed to deliver the service they advertise. BGS choose to post fake reviews immediately after ours (5, 5 star reviews in 10 minutes) starting with the Managing Director and additional staff members to cover up their negative review. Really transparent business practice.
