How this runs as a business is a mystery. If you call the proprietor he doesn't seem to know what he's working on, whether he should be collecting or returning. I called for a quote on my old petrol mower, it just needed a yearly service. But he couldn't give me a cost over the phone, not even an estimate. Then he didn't turn up on the day he should to collect it and when I called him he asked for the address again. Then he told me it would be a two week turn around. I called for an update after week and half only to be told ot started that one yet\. I all seems messy and a bit 'hit and miss'.
