Outstanding service and quality, ordered our patio through their website, which was really easy to use. We were able to use Paypal too, which made the purchase really quick and easy too. Upon completing the order, there's clear messaging to contact them about a delivery date. So i thought i'd try my luck sending an email, which was responded to the next morning first thing with a date of Monday the 8th. Within 3 working days of ordering! I thought this is too good to be true. But it really wasn't, i contacted the customer service team and they gave me the name and number of the person delivering the patio and the time frame which they delivered it in too. To top it off, it arrived within the time frame and is now sat in my garden ready to be laid when the weather gets a little bit drier. The whole experience has been one of the best i've experienced, and the team there should be so proud for providing such exceptional service. Couldn't ask any more!

Sandstone good choice and competitive price. Told on ordering if I had excess slabs could be returned. Actually the policy is not to accept back slabs unless complete pallets so be very careful when ordering. Make sure you get agreement for returns in writing and that returned slabs credited at cost of purchase is fair in complete 1 square metre sets. Then no confusion.
Really friendly service with great advice and quality products! Claire from Cheshire Sandstone spent time to send me pictures of paving, which matched my needs, and she was always available to give advice. She went over and above to deliver the product the next day. I absolutely love the porcelain flags she recommended!
Excellent service! Efficient and friendly. Ordered 46sq m indian sandstone. arrived a few days later by courier exactly when they said. Very pleased with quality of product.
