Picked up two click and collect parcels today. Phoned up to check that I could collect both on the same day despite being due to arrive separately. The guy on the phone was very helpful. On arrival at the shop it was sensibly laid out, and the lady on the desk was efficient and friendly. Social distancing observed and my equipment and parcel collected with minimal fuss. (Have also had a delivery to home, also very efficient service)

Would love to give it 5 stars but it would have to be exceptional. Good offers on kids trainers. Had to exchange a crank set as the thread striped. Due to the distance travelled, we bought some other things too.

Fantastic service! My daughter wanted her bike fixing and I struggled to bring it in due to work. When I was able to take it in they couldn't fit me in for over 2 weeks but they kept hold of the bike and called me back the same afternoon to say they had a cancellation so they could fix the bike. My daughter was so happy! Thanks James, Pips and Ian.
