Cannot fault the service, kept me informed at all stages, service department itself is spot on!! Only issue is the Mercedes prices, if they do recommend any work check elsewhere, you can get the job done at half the price elsewhere. So they get 4 stars for the staff, if it was based on Mercedes parts prices it would be minus 1 but the guys & girls at Birchwood keep doing what you are doing so well.
