SEAT SERVICE - Leanne and the service team have looked after my Leon for the past four years. Friendly, efficient and pretty reasonable costs too. Oh, and the Seat has been my most reliable car to date!

The worst car showroom I've used !! I visited the salon asking for the first service in my car. In response, I got: Go to the Seat Website and book the service there. I did so and after I was redirected to the Servicing STOP website (which I also do not recommend and I have posted proper feedback on their website) After a short time since the service was done, I just lost the sump plug from the oil pan while driving. The car has been towed to this showroom under the warranty. After a few hours I was informed that the car will not be repaired under warranty, I need to contact the garage that was doing the service. The garage refused to repair and sent me back to the Seat. Then Seat told me that the car does not repair under warranty because everything is on warranty only not sump plug that I lost. After a few days of fighting, they offered me a repair for "only :)" 78 GBP and for signing a document with nothing more than this fault is not damaged. I am not a mechanic, I did not damage my car, I did not have the opportunity to see the car visually and they told me to sign a document with nothing more damaged before the car was released. Tragedy !! Dear people, think about it three times before you go there. When buying a car - you are a customer. When you leave ths Dealership with your car - you are nobody. Take care of yourself and your money. I do not recommend with full responsibility.

Picked up my new motability car today from IMG Seat and it has been a pleasure due to the excellent customer service of Rhiannon. It has taken less than 3 weeks from ordering to picking up my car. If anybody is due to upgrade their vehicle then I highly recommend IMG.

I have just picked up my new seat arona xcellence lux, which is a motability car. And I must say this is the best car dealership I have ever used and I have used plenty in my time the service I received from Rhinanon was Outstanding from start to finish and I can quite honestly say I will only use these in the future her knowledge about the car was brilliant along with her very friendly personality. I have had some really nice cars in the past but this is the best one by far,, I can highly recommend anyone looking to get a car on motability or looking to purchase one pay these guys a visit i can assure you, you will not be disappointed. Rhinanon I can't thank you enough for everything and it was a great pleasure dealing with you hope you are still there next time I come to change my car, you are a great asset to I M G. regards, Brian
