Wow, what a fraud! We lease a vehicle from Peugeot of Warrington and we pay a premium service for warranty coverage. The window of the passenger side is not working and when we dropped it off the first time to be MOTd, they forgot to fix the window. When we brought it back to be fixed today, they wanted to charge another 114 pounds just to see if something is wrong. What made it more insulting was the nonchalant attitude of the service lady behind the window who couldn’t care less if she tried. She wouldn’t check the warranty until after they check the car. Seems like a scam to me. Not sure what’s going on here but it seems they are involved in defrauding customers after saying they fixed the door and then decide to charge for their forgetfulness. Buyer beware of doing business at Peugeot of Warrington!!

Only called in to pick up a van but found them very efficient and helpful whilst practicing good social distancing and hygiene.
Great team of professionals always there to help or assist. Love the place and travel 125 miles for my services lol does that explain how good they are??
Horrendous customer service! Booked a test drive 2 weeks in advanced turned up to be met by Paul the rudest car sales man ive ever met. Turns out they didn't have a car for us to test drive, booked a day off work for no reason. No apology, nothing. Not a chance i trust them buying a car.
