Absolutely lovely staff. Anaesthetist was fantastic at helping to make sure I was calm as I got a little upset. Dr Nardo explained everything clearly and was really nice.

We have had 2 miscarriages both around 10 weeks and was advised to have a consultation as we would be able to discuss our situation and go ahead with testing to hopefully prevent another in the future. On having the consultation, the consultant seemed genuinely confused as to why we were at the appointment and we left feeling frustrated. The clinic however got in touch and we took up their offer of speaking directly with Professor Nardo. What a difference this made, he really spent time explaining the reasons why testing wouldn’t be suitable at this time but advised us to get in touch once I am pregnant again to run some tests. I feel much more at ease and wish our first appointment had been with him as the outcome would have been so much more positive! I would like to thank the clinic for showing genuine care by following up on our review and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
I can't thank Professor Nardo and his team enough for the care I received. I went in for a procedure and was in the loop every step of the way. Calls before hand, a step by step breakdown of the process. Every member of staff, receptionists, nurses, doctors were all kind enough to stop and actually talk, making a daunting experience feel so calm. We travelled over 200 miles to see Prof. Nardo, well worth the journey. Thank you to the team (especially Keith and Bekki) once again.
