We provide Level 1 RICS Condition Reports, Level 2 Home Condition Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys and Energy Performance Certificates. We have a large network of clients in the Warrington, North West and Cheshire areas which include Estate and Letting agents, Mortgage Lenders, Mortgage brokers, cash buyers and investors. Survey prices are not charged with VAT giving you a saving of 20% from VAT registered companies. We cover all of the North West and Cheshire areas. The survey includes estate agent, vendor contact and key collection for empty properties to arrange our site visits. Our clients receive their reports within three working days after our site visit.
