Earlier this month I spent 3 days in the Spire Hospital having a Hip Replacement. I didn’t know what to expect but I could not have been more pleasingly surprised. From the minute I walked through the entrance at the Spire Hospital everybody whom I came into contact with greeted me with a smile and reassuring words. I found everybody helpful and friendly. Everything was well ordered, things happened when they were supposed to and all went like clockwork. I had no misgivings or reservations as all my questions were answered fully and this gave me confidence. The Surgeon and Anaesthetist came to see me individually before the procedure and explained what would happen. All went well, and the following two days I was in the care of the general hospital staff and all played their parts to the full. The nurses, auxiliaries and caterers all worked together to ease any discomfort that I may have been experiencing. Eating meals here was an enjoyable experience. The menu was varied and wholesome and the food when it came was nourishing and presented in a pleasing manner. Finally I must say a special ‘Thank You’ to the Physiotherapists. The first one explained the rudiments of my exercises and what I would be doing to get back to normality, and Jenny who patiently worked with me for two days showing me how to use the crutches and behaviours which would hasten my recovery. I am now at home on the road to recovery, carrying out all my exercises and best practices as shown to me by the Hospital Staff. I am indebted to the professionalism and kindness from all the people I came into contact at the Spire. Thank You very much.

I would highly recommend the Spire Cheshire Hospital. I am in England for only two years already and had a Lletz procedure here. Being away from my family was stressing me enough, but my overall experience was amazing, comfortable and hardly any pain. The staff were so lovely and attentive, also very professional from the time you walk into reception to the time you leave the ward. I would like to thank all of you for looking after me so well, especially to Emma and Damian.

I recently had surgery for a hernia at Spire Cheshire Hospital, all of the hospital staff were very friendly and put me at ease. Thank you Mr Brett and all of the wonderful staff, I really appreciate your help and kindness.

I'm at my wits end with this place. The list of issues I have had is endless, from frequently being booked with the wrong consultant for appointments, having to do repeat blood tests because samples are mis-placed, to having bookings for surgery pushed back in the middle of me already fasting in preparation for the appointment and then having to fast for a longer period. I was left in a room for several hours with nobody coming to see me or explain why I wasn't being seen to at my allocated appointment time either. This is the service you get with private health cover! I'll be looking elsewhere to continue my treatment. Parking can also be bad here and hard to find a space.

Not the best photo. The hospital was easy to find with a sat nav. The reception staff were very friendly. Hospital carpeted and very clean. Vending machines are great and the Dr we saw was great.
