Considering they deal with families that have suffered with domestic violence they have sent letters to my sons farther and called him with details of appointments I have made that were meant for me. I called them to rectify the information and then they call me with my ex partners sir name. Now with situations ALOT more serious than my own if they do this on a regular basis they are going to get somebody killed by putting them in harms way by breaching data protection. Rediculous, discusting and causing unnecessary stress.

I haven't got an appointment in months. I was on the list in may and still am. It's not fair.
