Left feeling Disappointed and Deflated. Been a customer now for at least 10 years. Initial shop offer was 2 a month more than advertised on their website but included 75 of ‘free’ accessories... so really I was paying 48 over the two year term for said ‘free’ accessories... Even when pointed out I can get like for like deals for 5/6 a month cheaper wouldn’t even consider getting near them. Do your research and you’ll find cheaper phones elsewhere. Lost 5 family members including me for exactly the same reason. I don’t expect something for nothing but expect a comparable / competitive deal.

Friendly staff went out of their way to help my partner with her new contract. Staff also popped into the back to find old display phones for my son to play with. Will definitely be back when my contract is due.
