Been really pleased with the services I've had done here. I've had my car in for an MOT and service twice and brought in my partner's car for an MOT as well. Most recently, I had even lost track of the days and forgotten to bring my car in at the proper time, but James gave me a ring and was ever so kind and understanding, and thankfully, they could still accommodate me. It's that extra care they take to provide superb service that makes JNCC really stand out. Aside from this, they're very conveniently located, the facilities are extremely clean, and above all, the folks who work there are very knowledgeable, friendly, skilled and helpful. They provide quick and excellent quality service and I feel like I'm being dealt with honestly and fairly. Pricing is competitive too. I expect to continue using their services time and again...

In my experience, a successful business requires certain mandatory qualities.. Within the motor industry, these are important to me and to anyone I would recommend them to... * Effective and appropriate communication, to individual needs... *Trust... *Empathy... Over the years as a driver, I have had many an argument with garages, who believed that as a woman, I would not question their diagnosis/price... I can honestly say, this garage has All the above qualities, plus more.. Which I have no reason to question... I would advise anybody, especially those wary of garages, to use Just Nice Clean Cars.. I very rarely review companies, but my recent experience most definitely deserved one.. Empathy certainly showed through to my situation, which I was/am so so grateful for, which NO other garage has ever portrayed... Exceptional work... Exceptional Customer Service.. Exceptional Costing... Just Nice Clean Cars is a must for all those wanting an honest, cost efficient service...
