Visited a few years back; was fortunate enough to be there as they were doing an engine run and the volunteers couldn’t have been more welcoming accommodating. Beautiful aircraft, great people looking after her.

The team of volunteers have done a fantastic job restoring and maintaining the Vulcan in running order. One of only 3 runnable Vulcans it's a real privilege to be able to get up close to this iconic aircraft. Well worth a visit and a nice little cafe to grab a cuppa.
Had a brilliant look around the aircraft today and they also let me get a few photos with my car.
This is THE best preserved and cared for Vulcan in the U.K. and therefore, it is the best surviving Vulcan in the world.
Open on Saturdays only for the visitors to talk with the staff and go inside the plane if you want (non members need to give some donation for the cockpit tour and some information about the aircraft from former members of the crew) but totally worth it. It's a peace of the aviation and RAF history and those people absolute maintain it's memory! If you around on other days of the week the airfield is probably open and you can park there to take a photo.
