Never use this company. They fitted our patio door which has never worked properly and has always had a gap in it. Not at all heplful, never answers the phone, never answers their email. Eventually they told us they would come out and never turned up. We are left with ill fitting doors coming into winter, I can’t believe this company is still open. We are not the only people that that this happened to. Awful service.

Installation was ok for the back door. Such a shame they have a dreadful attitude though, as I need to replace ALL the windows in my house and now I have to find someone else. The details: Was invoiced a few days later, and on same day got a call by a snotty guy reminding me that the invoice was due. When I asked when payment should be made I was told on installation date (which was before I received the invoice). A few days later was asked again, and I said I wanted to pay at the end of the month, at which point I was told they do not provide a "financial credit service". I had to remind them of the consumer rights act which allows a 30 day grace from invoice.

Quoted us 4,000 for 3 windows and 2 more glass pains. Anglian have quoted us 5,500 for the whole house of 13 windows (most are massive). Very odd.
