I called in this morning for a couple of bolts for my tv unit, I didn't know dimensions or thread size etc. and the member of staff was very helpful and efficient in identifying the bolts I needed based on one I brought in with me. I was very happy with the price and customer experience and I'll be sure to use them again for any similar needs I have in the future. I initially found them via a google search for a bolt / fastener supplier in the Gateshead area.
