I cannot recommend these guys enough. My tub was leaking and wouldn’t heat up. The problem was diagnosed inside 10 minutes and fixed inside the hour. They could have told and charged me anything..... they didn’t... after the standard call out charge, only 30 for the part needed. Thanks Brian.

After only having our tub 12 weeks from a company down south a leak had sprung and we were left high and dry from an appalling after-sales service as the dealer wasn’t really interested in arranging anything to help us fix the leak. I was rather worried about the overnight freezing temperature and the tub being switched off so we called Brian first thing this morning and although he advised he was booked up for about a week he managed to get an engineer out to us the very same day !, when Gordon arrived he was incredibly courteous and professional from the get go and was extremely knowledgable in his trade. I was only anticipating a diagnostic and quote as he arrived late afternoon but he really went that extra mile, and given the time of year he was working in almost complete darkness and baltic temperatures he stayed the duration and completed the job (for which he only charged us the standard call out fee). We really cant show our gratitude enough for this firm, and Should the occasion arise again these guys will definitely be our first port of call. 10/10 service ! ! !
My very old Hottub gave up last weekend and I really believed that it was finished. I contacted Brian and his team and within a few hours a new pump was fitted and we are up and running again . Excellent service . Thank you , here’s to another 15 years
With our hot tub out of warranty I was a little concerned about finding someone local to look after us when one of the pumps stopped working. Called the owner and his engineer arrived that afternoon, diagnosed and then reappointed us for the repair the following week when the part arrived. Great communication, fair price an now my concerns are gone! Thank you
