Purchased our hot tub about 1 year ago from the hot tub factory. Delivery and installation where excellent.Brian and his team completed installation and run through instructions for use and left documents of how to maintain the hot tub. We have just had it serviced by the hot tub factory, every thing running ok. I always wait a year to give feedback on large items & suppliers. I would definitely recommend this company if you are interested in purchasing a hot tub. Cheers to Brian and his team.
