I asked Andy to make me a new wedding ring incorporating the diamonds from my mum's engagement ring. He presented me with something that is really beautiful and I will cherish it. Andy & Jacqui were both lovely and it was a pleasure shopping here. I would thoroughly recommend them. Shame I can only give them 5 stars!

I work in the shopping centre and we had an issue with our shutter fob not working. The branch was closed when we called but the member of staff came to our rescue and sorted our fobs to allow is to open as an essential business. Can't thank them enough!

Great staff. They have repaired my Citizen eco drive rechargeable battery. I’ve had a gold bracelet repaired to a very high standard. I’ve had engraving done on several items including a champagne bottle. I’ve even had keys cut there. It’s a great wee shop hiding under a set of escalators I’ve recommended serval Customers we have been over the moon with the work they have received

I would highly recommend this business for their high standard of workmanship, professionalism, & friendly service, nothing is ever too much trouble for Jacqui or Andy. I have previously had several items either adjusted or repaired and on two occasions commissioned a necklace and bracelet to be made, I can honestly say I was delighted with the results and the competitive price.

A little gem of a place. Forget all these main jewellers this is the place to go. The staff are so friendly and professional with nothing too much trouble. Front of house Jackie is very knowledgeable and when stuck consults her jeweler who in turn is outstanding and can turn his hand to practically anything. The standard of work is exceptional and price is more than fair. I had him resize 12 of my wifes rings and was embarrassed with how much he charged me. I know for a fact that by going to him I saved myself literally hundreds of pounds. I cannot recommend the Watch Repair Centre highly enough.
