I had the best experience with salesman Gosha buying a Tudor Black Bay 58. She went out of her way to get me this very rare watch. Perfect experience. I was very casually dressed. No problems whatsoever.

For context I was dressed very casual due to my long haul flight. I went in and enquired about the pricing of their displayed Black Bay 58. David, their salesmen proceeded to bring out the standard black bay with the Blue bezel insert and steering away from the 58 but thought this may have been an error on his part. I left and came back with my wife to show the watch, but had to explicitly point out the 58 which sat in the middle of the displayed watches and not the others. It was then he was attempting to throw me off by stating how that was a Black Bay 41 as that was the case size and its relative nomenclature- how the bigger 58s were really hard to get a hold of. He was reluctant for me to have anything to do with this watch! If you were to play devil’s advocate and say I was paranoid, have you thought how ridiculous a 58 mm watch would look?! The Black Bay 58 has a 39 mm case which I was aware of and that was the exact watch, by this point even with the limited supply and high demand for the watch I chose not to give my business to them. I’ve uploaded a picture of the displayed watches here for reference and proof, you can even go on the Tudor website to substantiate my claims. I think just because I was dressed casually he was preferring to hold this rare watch for someone who looked more affluent but also misinform me at the same time. I’ve heard plenty about the Rolex / Tudor authorised dealer Customer handling but never thought I’d experience it in an airport! If you want to be taken seriously make sure to wear a 3 piece for your 12 hour flight.

I went in with just jeans and a t-shirt with all of my tattoos showing and didnt get judged at all, i had reserved a few watches to try on over the phone and both calls were exceptional, the service i received in store was pronominal, didnt catch his name however his number is 6256, we interacted with 3 people and all of them were amazing, we were offered a tea/coffee and water, we also mentioned it was our anniversary and they offered us some champagne to celebrate, they were very patient as it took me quite a while to decide what watch i wanted, they didnt mind at all letting me try on as many as i wanted, he wasnt trying to push me for more money as he even said the cheaper one looked better, he gave me recommendations on what might look nice for the size of my wrists, i ended up buying a Brietling, from the phonecall to the purchase the customer service was out of this world, will 100% be buying my watch from this store again. thank you for such an amazing experience in buying my first luxury watch you have made it extra special. i apologize i didnt get the name of the person who served me but he was excellent

First not all watches are from Switzerland. Then the employees are rough if you don’t look like someone wealthy. Too bad I had the money to buy, they just did take care of me. As if I was invisible!!!
