Corrupt manager take money in pocket for high demand watches. No knowledge for staff. Professional models hidden away and being sold to family members. Unprofessional.

Whilst going on our anniversary holiday my wife bought an Omega watch from here. The assistant couldn't answer any basic questions such as how to change the date. Very disappointingly I was given the display watch. When I pointed out that it had a mark, they took it to the back and cleaned it up and presented it saying it had some dust on it which they removed. When I got home to open it the small plastic pen to change the date was missing. How they get away with this sort of service is beyond me especially when buying such a luxury watch.

They made an error when I pre-ordered my wife an Omega Aqua Terra Seamaster, annoying not being able to collect on the day at the start of a holiday, but then they managed to find an acceptable solution for alternative collection, so redeemed.

They are helpful when you are buying a watch but do not stand by their products; I had a query 1.5 years after buying my Rolex there and they were utterly unhelpful, unable to provide any support, and to top it off quite rude (hanging up on me saying "sorry I need to go I have customers"). It is a disgrace that after you have spent thousands or even tends of thousands on a watch, they lose all interest and try to send you away. They clearly do not understand the value of customer loyalty and have certainly lost mine. I shall take my business elsewhere.

Terrible after sales service. I picked the option to collect my watch on returning from my 24 hour trip only for them to have lost it. It wasn't at the collection point when i returned. I then opted for the home delivery, I had no other option, and here we are 2 days later and i still have no idea where my watch is or when it will be delivered. Rubbish service. I should not have to call the courier company and arrange this myself...... Avoid this lot......

Reserved an Omega watch, the price was about 17% less than the high street price thanks to tax exempt. However, the lady wasn't honest. They showed me a watch of the same model, but I noticed something unusual: 1. It has some scratches on the bracelet 2. The sticker on the back has been removed 3. There are some "human dirt" in the corners Over all, it doesn't look brand new to me. Then I told the lady my concerns, she said it was nothing to worry about, these scratches are just some dust, then she took the watch back to their secret room. After a while, she showed me "another" watch. I immediately noticed this was the same watch but just got cleaned up. The woman said this was the only watch they have at the moment. They know that the customer would have to take the flight soon, but this is really some low level trick. I was very unhappy at that moment, and showed them my will of only buy a brand new watch. Then the manager showed up. With him was a brand new, plastic covered front and back, even the bracelet was protected. So I took it. All in all, avoid this store because of the following: 1. They would trick you if you are not an expert. 2. They are not honest. 3. They would take advantages especially when you are a tourist who won't come back to UK.
