Really good service. Professional setup that puts you at ease. I sold my Rolex Skydweller today and they paid a very fair price even though my watch was not in the best of conditions. I have used them in the past to purchase watches. This was the first time I sold a watch. Generally the best service I’ve encountered in the used watch market. Money was in my account within minutes of agreeing the price. From start to finish I was very impressed. Thanks again guys.

I've previously bought two watches from Watches.co.uk and was pleased with the service ( delivery speed, stock available and prices). So for my third purchase I visited them in west london to get to know them a bit more. Their office/shop feels very secure and clean and staff wore gloves and covered up at all times. The viewing room is comfortable and you can feel the watches and talk over them with knowledgable staff. The watch itself is lovely and I looked at three in total before deciding which one to buy. Compared to a main dealer that might not have any rolex sports watches in the shop for you to look at and try on, feel the weight etc. So I think it's a definite advantage to go in person to aplace that has such good stock.

Nice selection but as I have found with firms I dealt with in the past there was a huge gulf between what I eventually sold my 90s Sub and what I received as a quote. That said fairly decent service and care. Just a recommendation to sharpen prices from customers selling. Thank you

Buying a watch from SWC is safe and very easy. I saw watch on Sunday and made a part exchange enquiry straight away. Sent my watch in to Tim Monday. Agreed value and paid balance for new watch on Tuesday and today Wednesday morning the new watch is on my wrist. Cannot get much better than that!

Exceptional service! I cannot fault the telephone service from start to finish. Advice and knowledge was second to none; personable, patient and very professional. The website is easy to navigate, it's informative and reflects exactly what is advertised. The 2 watches I purchased arrived the next day (on a Saturday). Well packaged, beautifully presented and in immaculate mint condition as advertised. I wouldn't shop elsewhere when it comes to a genuine, quality, high value pre-owned watch.
