Responded to an ad they sent out on Instagram and filled in their form requesting a valuation on one of my watches, a brand they were advertising as wanting. The valuation didn't come back so I asked about it in a comment on Instagram which they deleted and private messaged me asking for my email to get back to me. It's been another two weeks and still no response. If you are looking for certain models etc then make your ads clearer and target a better audience. Otherwise you end up wasting people's time and make yourself look unprofessional.

Absolutely shocking customer service, coming from a company that calls themselves a "boutique". After showing genuine interest and simply requesting a secure method of payment rather than a bank transfer, I was met with this disrespectful and unprovoked response: "We are a boutique and have built up one of the most trusted pre owned brands in the UK , you tell your dad we don’t want his 7700 and to look elsewhere" (see screenshot of conversation below). Clearly far from "boutique" level communication skills. Completely unprofessional and uncultured, not what you'd expect when you're looking to spend this kind of money.
