Greed or what? To recieve a call at 1am to inform Mother has died, then 2 minutes later asked what funeral directors will we be using. These people need training,, they were told, its 1am and we need to let the rest of the family know and we will call you back. . Got another call at 6am aski g if we had spoken to everyone and who are the funeral directors!!! Mon money money thats all its about.
