VERY frustrating - tried two days running to contact the company within the advertised opening hours, and no answer despite us trying about a dozen times over yesterday (Saturday 1st March) and today. We are serious about purchasing a hot tub, but if a company don't answer their phone, it doesn't inspire much buying confidence and hardly seems professional. If there's a problem with the phone or the concession's shut unexpectedly, it needs to be put on the websites for Waterstream and the garden centre.

Did not really understand our needs, tried to push sales and increase order. Went with other company in the end, heard their after sales can be somewhat sketchy.
