The first time I visited this room, I found the staff unfriendly and unwelcoming, which I gave the benefit of the doubt due to a late booking at a late time slot, however this was confirmed again on my second visit. Upon our arrival we were told that they would begin sanitising the room. After this delay of around 10-15 minutes, the staff argued within earshot over who would take us into the room as neither ‘could be bothered’. A number of the puzzles in the room itself either didn’t make sense or didn’t work, and the music turned off halfway leaving us in silence. When we completed the room there was nothing from the hosts, it was barely even acknowledged that we were leaving. No debrief. No photo. Even our time was rounded up to ‘about 53 minutes’. A very overpriced room for the experience we received. Did another escape room later in the day (which was cheaper!) and there was no comparison.

Would have given 6 stars! We absolutely loved this place. Six of us attempted the 'Spy Room' and it required every ounce of our combined analytical skills and clue searching ability to make it to the end - but we managed to escape! Not many do, but no doubt enjoy the experience! Can't wait to try another 'room'. A big thank you to the friendly staff!
Good escape room. Good customer service. Puzzles were varied and challenging. I would go again.

Really good game, there were 6 of us and we did Blackbeard's quest with only 30 seconds to spare! Staff are really friendly and helpful and you can ask for clues throughout the game. I would highly recommend this place.
