If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was contacted in September to upgrade my current PCP which I thought was great. However, the sales persons and the head of business Steve Telling were only bothered about meeting sales targets for September. There was a distinct lack of professionalism and paperwork provided by the sales person Reza. The new car that I purchased was registered and signed off in the month off September but I did not receive this car till 3 weeks afterwards (which meant my 14 day cooling period was over). Regardless, when I picked up the car I noticed there were issues with the infotainment system. After 2 repair attempts, they still could not fix this so I asked for the vehicle to be taken back. Steve Telling was adamant there was no fault. The customer service I received that day was by far the most shocking treatment I have ever been subject to. This vehicle had to go to a FOS decision which they agreed there was a clear fault. This vehicle was handed back after over 24 months after (when it hadn't been used since December 2018 due to the faults). There has been no apology for the behaviour during this whole incident either. A disgracefully run dealership with absolutely no level of customer service. If you are looking to purchase a Skoda from this dealership, think twice! I would recommend the great family run business of Skoda Willis Motors Ruislip who have the highest level of customer care and respect.

The dealer ship has a wealth of experience and knowledge on the Skoda fleet and can tailor to a customers particular needs/requirements! In my time I personally would like to thank Tim, Rishi, Davide and Scott but all the staff are friendly and welcoming in all honesty.
